Vintage Body Glove crop tee, H&M leather trim pants, Liberty x Nike Air Max 1s, Opening Ceremony OCLA satchel
Last weekend we went to hit up the ParkLu TheInsider sale, which is a twice-yearly fair/sale where a select handful of local brands/boutiques set up a small pop-up at Crea-Infinity. All the fashion friendly people of Shanghai head over to go shop, hangout and eat delicious food (mainly cookies from Strictly Cookie!). This was Jason and I’s second time heading to TheInsider and we always have a fun time shopping at boutiques like xinlelu.com, peonyrice, OOAK and at the two special editions for this season: ASOS and AA.
Found this amazing vintage Body Glove cropped tee at the giant ALand in MyeongDong with the huge vintage section on the top floor. I’ve been embracing the crop trend not with tight little tank tops but more with chopped up loose tees paired with high-waist pants or giant a-line grandma skirts. By no means do I have anything close to a “flat stomach” but as long as the crop top isn’t tight and your choice of bottoms is equally as forgiving in the spacial area, then I think it works. This Body Glove crop tee was a real sentimental find because this tee came out back in the early 90s during my dad’s reign at Body Glove.
