Beijing-based JSPA Design recently got in touch to share with us their architectural and design works. Pictured is Tech Temple, a renovation project of a nest for internet entrepreneurs located in Beixinqiao, which aimed to ‘maintain the spirit of [the] industrial edifice…the concept was to come back to the origins of the building, using the roughness of the existing materials as a strength rather than trying to hide them’.
